Who is responsible

This site is run by Gellan Watt, trading as The Great Work Co. If you have any question about your data, email hello@gellanwatt.co.uk.

What is collected

Only what you give me. If you email, I hold your email address and whatever you write. If you complete a diagnostic or assessment on this site, I hold your first name, email address, agency or company name, your answers and your resulting score. If you sign up for the newsletter, that is handled by Substack under their own privacy policy.

Why it is held

To send you the result you asked for, to reply to your enquiry, and, only if you opted in, to send occasional writing on building business and agency value. Your details are never sold and never shared with third parties for marketing.

How long it is kept

Enquiry and diagnostic records are kept for as long as they are useful to the conversation, and deleted on request. Newsletter subscriptions last until you unsubscribe, which you can do from any email.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see the data held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email hello@gellanwatt.co.uk and it will be actioned within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Some pages store your progress in your own browser so you do not lose it on refresh. That information stays on your device and you can clear it at any time.
